Your old upholstery kit must be shipped to us once you receive your replacement kit
We must receive your exchange kit within 2 weeks of receiving your replacement kit
Your core exchange kit must be in good condition (structure/base of kit to be sound, but worn torn upholstery is expected)
Shipping costs of exchange kit is customers responsibility

RETURNS:
Unless defective, all equipment returns must be shipped and received back in unused and working condition, within 30 days of original transaction. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. Any returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be deducted from the refund amount issued.
