Like New and in Excellent cosmetic and tested working condition.
All vinyl is gray and no rips tears or blemishes. All 4 rolling casters are working. Easy to adjust height.
The gray soft carry case is padded and the handles are good. Guaranteed not to be DOA. I believe these stools are new but there is some black marker inventory writing on the exterior of the padded cases.
