    Description
    This is a very nice tole painted Wax Paper holder that was made by Griffith Hope with a patent date of 1937.  The only marking on this is the Patent Number which refers back to G.H. and their detailed patent application.  Yellow (slightly faded) with very nice tole painted decoration.  Very little spotting or rust.  Measures 12 3/4" across with about 11 1/2" opening for paper or wax paper roll.  Front cutting edge.  This was not cheaply made and quite heavy.  Please see pictures for details.  Thank you for looking.
