THIS IS NOT A MONTHLY FLEA TREATMENT
    About the
    Seller
I have been working with animals for over 32 years. I have worked in animal hospitals, with various shelters, and rescue organizations and have been a licensed professional groomer since 1992.  It is VERY important that you treat the pets environment as well.
    About
    Fleas
    *Fleas can give your dog
    tapeworm.
Tapeworms do not produce obvious systems in dogs, other than worm segments on your dogs rear end on in it's bowl movement.
*Dogs can get fleas from fleas, mice or other rodents.
*Flea control is an important step in protecting your dog from tapeworm.
*People are rarely affected by tapeworms.
*Fleas left untreated can have terrible effect on you pets over all well being.
    *Many pets suffer from
    FAD
    Flea Allergy Dermatitis
. In which the skin becomes inflamed in dog's and cat's. This inflammation is exasperated by the pets aggressive licking, chewing and scratching. Partial and sometime complete hair loss is possible. Much of this caused by the pets slef damaging actions in response to the
fleas which continuosly bite the pet
    .
*Fleas and Ticks live on your pets blood. For a flea to live it most continuously bit your pet. As much as
    hundreds of times per day
. A tick embeds itself into your pet and feeds at that spot. You may see what looks like black pepper on your pet with fleas, this is actually the fleas droppings. You may see these droppings on your pet before you see any fleas. You can test the droppings by wetting a paper towel and taping some the pepper on the wet paper towel. If it turns red it's flea droppings.
    About
    Monthly Flea Control
Over the years I have found that monthly flea control is a tricky thing at best. Weather it is a monthly oral or a topical regiment. Whichever you choose it is very important that you must continuously treat your pets environment, yard spraying, bedding, and home should be treated on a regular basis.
    About
    The Bottom Line
Flea control is an on going battle once you have them, it is at best, an up hill battle. Your first step should be getting control of the fleas on your pet. This product will do that right away and will give your pet the relief it needs from the fleas. I would also recommend bathing your pet. Use any pet shampoo mix a cup of shampoo with a tablespoon of 91% rubbing alcohol mix well. Use this mixture to bath your pet, lather up and leave on for one minute you will see fleas in the form as you scrub. Wash off thoroughly, wash pet again with plain shampoo and rinse thoroughly. You can also use 91% rubbing alcohol is a small spay bottle for immediate spot treatment if you see a flea. Never spay near eyes or mouth. The alcohol immediately kills fleas. Never pour alcohol directly on you pet. With any treatment please use caution and common sense.
Consult your veterinarian for the treatment of parasitism.
