Description

Luxor Satellite controllers reduces potential Wi-Fi coverage issues often seen on sites requiring multiple Luxor controllers. The combination of Luxor Linking and the Luxor Satellite provides an affordable option for designing and expanding upon Luxor ZD and Luxor ZDC systems.
Luxor Linking allows for a single point of control on sites requiring multiple Luxor ZD or Luxor ZDC controllers. Linking sites consists of a primary and one or more satellite Luxor controllers connected by a Cat5/5e/6 cable. Sites are limited to nine satellite controllers to every one primary unit and/or 3,000 feet between the primary and the farthest satellite controller.

Luxor ZD or Luxor ZDC - Manufacturing datecode AUG16 or later
Satellite Controller
LSAT300M or LSAT300SS
Luxor ZD or Luxor ZDC - Manufacturing datecode AUG16 or later can be retrofitted into a satellite controller by removing Facepack and updating chassis firmware
Communication Cable
Direct burial Cat5/5e/6 cable
NOTE: Prior to running a Linking system, verify Primary and Satellite Luxors have the latest version of Facepack (Primary controller only) and chassis (Primary and Satellite) linking firmware.
