Please contact us for special shipping requests (alternative services, speeds)
BEFORE PAYMENT
and we will invoice you accordingly. Inside delivery ("white glove service") can cost over 0 extra. If you do not specifically request inside delivery, we will have the delivery driver call and inform you of expected arrival, and you will be responsible for providing help at the time of delivery to bring the chair package inside your office (at least two people, and we recommend having professional dental technicians on hand).
We can personally deliver and set-up in some areas.

LARGE ITEM / FREIGHT DELIVERIES:
Standard Freight includes lift gate delivery.
It is not the responsibility of the freight company to remove items from the pallet and take them inside your location. White glove service can be requested for an additional fee. We are not responsible for any shipment damage. Please inspect all items for damage before accepting.
WARRANTIES
Warranties (if included) cover 3 months parts and labor and the remaining period (if any) covers only parts. You must call us BEFORE initiating any local warranty repairs so that we can evaluate the situation and provide assistance. We reserve the right to deny warranty requests under special circumstances (extreme negligence, abuse, etc.).
