If you receive the item and decide you do not want it, I will take it back if kept in its original condition and packaging. I will return the price of the item once the item is received back in its original condition. The shipping cost will not be returned - it was used to get the item to you.

If the item is damaged due to my packing, please send pictures showing the damage. I will let you know if I will send a return label or just refund the money for the item.

If the item is damaged by the post office/package carrier, I will ask you to take it back to the carrier to see if it is covered under the included insurance plan.

I package items as well as I can to ensure your item arrives safely.
Media Mail is a cheap, practicable option for shipping. However, because it is cheap, it is slower than other choices. Packages shipped via Media Mail are trucked over land (no air), so you can generally estimate how long it will take for a package to reach you based on how far you are from me. It can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days. Times may also increase if there is bad weather along the route, especially during the winter. Remember, there are no guarantees on delivery time. Occasionally things get lost. If you need something in a timely manner, please ask for Priority and I will invoice you a total.
