Vintage Sterling Multimixer Milkshake Machine 3 Cup Industrial

not currently working, when powered up it doesnt spin however if you pull off top cover and spin flywheel the mixers will spin, I dont have the know how to fix it so Im selling it as/is has 3 mixers with 3 cups but has the capacity to be a 5 cup mixer
